Our baguettes are prepared using classical french techniques in which we aim to create a crispy outside with a soft, but not doughy inside.
While there is no such thing as a perfect croissant, our method strives to create one which has a crunchy, flaky outter crust, but a soft, pillowy inside that melts in your mouth.
